213-784-7913----This is a phone number used by elements of the Russian Mob in NY for their finance scams.
They want to rip you off then destroy your good credit rating. The best way to deal with this problem is to
ignore their calls. DO NOT PICK UP. They will go away after a few attempts to get your attention.
I am getting fewer of these calls since I put in a complaint to Verizon. I still get them when I'm on wifi in A certain public library so wonder if it's connected. The notes on my computer also end up highlighted and linked to my FaceTime account. i suspect it's connected to East Indians and Hispanics because that's who's stalking me.
