Received a legitimate call from this number. I had received medical equipment from Apria and had to cancel the original credit card which was used to cover the charges. I called the 866 number ("Navistar")and cleared everything up on the phone by providing a new credit card number. The person I spoke with was very helpful.
Left a blank message on phone since I don't answer "unknowns." After reading remarks, I have an account with Apria. They tried billing my insurance $650.00 for supplies and replacing a humidifier they said had a design flaw--gave me a new one and then tried to bill me for copay. Ha Ha. It is obvious this company has some down-and-dirty maneuvers to bilk insurance.
