They call at least once a week, no way to contact them is offered to be removed from their call list. A former resident of this house was an elderly lady whom they are apparently trying to hook up with oxygen etc. Anyone know how to get off their call list?
It's Apria. A few years back I got a wheelchair from them and my insurance paid for it. A few months ago I went in to see about getting a seat belt for it because my seizures had caused me to fall out a few times. I was told that because my chair should have come with one in the first place, that they would just amend the insurance claim and I would not owe anything. I was explicit that if it would cost ANYTHING I did not want it. So they said everything was fine and set up for someone to come to my place and install it. Then, about two weeks later, I get a call from their billing department saying that since I am no longer insured with that insurance company I would have to foot the bill. I told the rep what I was told and he said he would work on figuring it out and call me back. I never heard back, but have been getting calls from this number like crazy and it's a machine every time.
