michael smith in caller id. did not answer. no msg.

My mom got scamed by these people and they keep calling her and say very nasty things! How do you report these people?

Did not pick up but will report to federal Do Not Call complaints as my number is on that list.

Sounds like they're changing their approach.  I got a call from this number but unlike the others, it was from Raymond from "US Bank" (also Indian or Pakistan accent and very loud in the background as previous posters have noted) about the "loan" I applied for and "in order to transfer the funds," I "needed to call them."  Of course I haven't applied for a loan and while I didn't call back, I am positive it's a scam.
