This is a beyond obvious scam. Left a voicemail (thick Indian accent like others have mentioned), "hello, this is Michael with US bank, I'm calling to inform you your loan with us was fully approved. In order to get the funds, please call us back immediately." Super noisy in the background too. Like, sure, what do you need? My social security number? Bank info? Yeah, no problem. Look forward to the money. Ha, so stupid. So definitely be aware of this, don't answer and block the number.
