Who called from 2139653964

They keep calling an harassing my wife. The guy has a middle eastern accent. Been happening for over 2 years.

I{ve got 3 phone calls from that number today,, when i answer nobody talk to me, just wait for a couple of seconds and then hang up.

This same number has been calling also i can not return any calls

I got a call today (3/6/13)  8:07am saying the govt is offering $7k on grant money to pay any debts, home improvement or vacation and that he is calling from US govt office. The calller had middleeastern accent.  Wanted to verify my name and address.  I asked him how do I know if he really works for US Govt.  I told him govt just dont give money like that .  I ask him to send sometime in writing in mail and he HANGS Up the phone.  Sounds like a scam  to me.

It's a scam don't give them any information
