I received a call on my cell phone from these people.  I phone alerted me to the fact it was a debt collector.  I believe that to be true.  Whomever had this number before me must have left a lot a debt with a lot of people, as I get calls all the time.  They did not leave a message.

I wish there was a waiting period that the phone companies had to wait before they put these numbers back in the rotation to be used.  Maybe that would help those of us who are being harassed unfairly.
