I got this call also. didn't look before answering and I said "Hello" some guy started with "Your computer is generating some serious---". I immediately hung up without a word. who knows what the "serious____" was ..LOL. I will report to FTC.
Warning..They are getting more sophisticated..Saw Wireless Caller on my caller home phone ID, at this number and answered it as I was expecting a call from someone whose number I did not know.. I answered and a man or robo said " Your computer is sending out dangerous signals and is in danger. Press One for help. I hung up. I went to my laptop ,tapped my touch pad and the screen went nuts with pop-ups small large one right after another - saw Microsoft a lot on them.. Like fireworks. There must have been 30 pop-ups layered on my screen.. I freaked. I forced the machine down. After a useless call to my service provider [ told me to delete the last3 months off my computer. ] I Ran 2 security scans . One fast and one full. 3 hours later , Both came back clean.. I suggest you block this number.
Got this call; Recording said about a computer error; We do NOT have that; Waited to talk to someone; Got disconnected; Called back; Got recording saying that the person I'm trying to reach is currently unavailable; No option to be removed or leave a message; Got disconnected
