With Caller ID showing "Out of area," this call clearly suggests some bogus doofus is up to no good. Plus, the online call-blocking service I use intercepted and stopped the call after just one ring. This means their database already knows the caller is bad news, and they automatically blacklisted the number without me having to report them.
Came up as a cell phone number in Texas. Same old "Microsoft issues". I asked very nicely to be removed from their calling list, or else I would report them. His answer was: "I want you to go ahead and report me" in almost incomprehensible broken English.
