Total scam being run out of India. These fools don't know anything about how the US criminal justice system works. Only judges issue warrants and only on the application of duly constituted law enforcement officials. Warrants are only provided to members of law enforcement and are served in hand by law enforcement agents. This fool is just trying to scare people. Ignore him. Do not return his calls. Do not talk to these people.

I just got one from the "attorney general of tx" do what i did go online find the real attorney general they have a direct email and send them what you received. so they can investigate
