Total scam being run out of India. These fools don't know anything about how the US criminal justice system works. Only judges issue warrants and only on the application of duly constituted law enforcement officials. Warrants are only provided to members of law enforcement and are served in hand by law enforcement agents. This fool is just trying to scare people. Ignore him. Do not return his calls. Do not talk to these people.
Apparently this is some kind of new scam--to pretend to be with the state attorney general.

Got a few calls at my business work number(have no idea how they obtained that #) from a "Texas" law firm which is real, but not connected with the phone number. Also got the email with a PDF link that says they are issuing a warrant and a to call the number above to stop this. Said they are investigating collater check fraud, theft by deception, and violation of banking regulations. Total scam. Wish they could be prevented. I'm sure they get a lot of ignorant people to pay. Forwarded the email to a law office that specializes in prosecuting deceptive scam companies.
