I got this situation that is long story but I had restriction order over my ex so we are back know so she calls from a 8656696....I have Name I'd from metro PC's...And I told her why you can give me her number she like I can why I asker and she like what it matters is what I feel inside and she said if i give u this number I don't know who's going to stay with it....And she still calls me .....But going by rules she broke law there is a limit to call back to someone that u made ristriction ....Now you guys are confusing me lol.....Jajj..So I might be from Walmart or cuz my saids USC but no are
This # has been calling ever since I got the new iPhone (sprint).
I'll answer and not say a word... They will repeat my name a few times before hanging up. I do that to see if I can hear what's going on in the background, and it's always just a bunch of other ppl talking as if it's a call center or something. Have no idea who this is or why they're calling, but Sprint needs to fix it for iPhone users!!! Very annoying!

Finally got it figured it out, whenever some1 calls
You *67 or from a private number, whether its a collection agency,
A crazy person, a scam, etc... anytime the # is blocked, to call
You, it will come up as these odd numbers. I have
iphone 4s sprint. I just dialed my cell phone
number *67, using my land line & it did it!! Try dialing ur
Number using *67 before the area code & u will see.
This was really bugging me too. New iPhone 4s with Sprint. Turns out that 865-6696 is the digit translation for the word "unknown" Smart phone being too smart.
I've got the iphone 4s with Sprint and I've been getting this call too. Could it be from an app that we've downloaded? My fiance has a 4s too from Sprint but hes getting no calls. I answered the call one time and it was just noise and then hung up. All that shows up is 865-6696
