Live call from India, Go Green Solar Panels to qualify me for free solar panels to reduce my electricity cost by "tirty" per cent every month. They last called me in December 14th 2013 but I couldn't record that call.

They completely ignore the Do Not Call regulations. Certainly tells us something about their business ethic, doesn't it?

[they] That's great sir, the reason for my call is dat we are running a solar program in your area in which we are qualifying homeowners who are facing high electricity bill so we can give them solar panel without paying single cent out of their pocket and lower their electricity bill up to tirty percent every month so sir, I believe you are the home owner of the single family residential house, right?
[me] Uh, this is an apartment building.
