left no msg. getting tired of all these calls!  DNC list is not working!   caller id said Dallas, tx.

this number calls everyday and just hangs up,leaves no message,it is just very annoying,grrrrrrrrrrrr.

There is no such thing. Hang up and call the FBI. The IRS isn't going to call you threatening criminal action in a voice message. You will get that formally from the IRS via certified mail. This scam will try to trick you into giving them money using some sort of cash transfer like Western Union. Never ever ever ever ever give them money. It will be gone and you will never be able to recover it as they are all overseas.
