During this call I knew it was a scam because you are not contacted by the IRS by this method and the person had a foreign accent. During the call I kept saying "who is this, where are you calling from, my taxes are in perfect order " but nothing happened as it is a recording. Do not call this number as they can use your number to make long distance calls as well as over seas calls. That's why they want you to call so they can get your phone number. It has been done before.
