Please turn these people into the FCC. They have no right to call from a number no one can reach. Nor do they have the right to call and not respond when you answer. These kinds of people need to be fined to the MAX!! Maybe that will put them out of business if they are sued often enough!
I didn't answer, no message left. I tried to block this number, AT&T recording stated 214-990-9099 was not a valid number, so it wasn't blocked. I guess I'll call AT&T Monday to discuss this.
They hung up when I answered, probably because I have a telezapper hooking into the phone-line. I'll simply put this number in my Call Blocker and never have to worry about it again.....
it is a spoofed number, if you can on your phone landline/cell, block it or ignore the frickin corcksuckers

if it is the DNC, tell them your not going to vote for their party, even if you are - then they will leave you alone, I believe, cannot hurt to try
if they are a pollster, of any kind, by law, if you ask to not call again, they must comply with the law and remove you from their calling lists, if they refuse to leave you alone you can report them to the feds do not call list, the fcc, or your personal phone company whether landline/ cell company, but they will most likely ask you to file a police report first. as a note it is a spoofed number as I suspect report any way, if you are so inclined, but is a long process, and my phone company, told me they will process your info, but most companies are international and it is difficult

personally if it does not have a caller id, I ignore them, or report to texas and us do not call list, more reports more likely they will go after them

if it is a spoofed number, you cannot block it, cause the system is trying to block a number that is fake and not real per Verizon security department that handles harassment/threats/etc...
