go to www.ftccoplaintassistant.gov and file a complaint with the FTC. If they get enough of them about the same people calling they will get after them and get it stopped. Or you can call them at 877-382-4357 and file a complaint that way. You can also make sure your number is on the do not call national registry. Got the same calls from this Indian dude. Told him he was in Violation of the FTC law. He called me 7 more time so I reported him to the FTC.

I started getting these calls yesterday and they freaked me out. I don't anyone from that area. Though I thought it was someone I might know, especially since they had my first and last name. I knew I should've googled it before I answered, then I found this web page. HOW THE HECK DO I GET THIS GUY OFF MY PHONE!
I'm getting really tired of getting calls from these people!! I called the number back and it had an option to remove yourself but I just got MORE calls after that.
8 phone calls just today. That's an average of one call per hour. I've answered twice and both times nobody said anything. I sware, next time they call I'm going to wait for someone to answer and let them have it. Two of those times I was napping with my son and both times he was woken up. How can I get these people to stop? I get my number was probably sold to them but I don't care, I'm on the DO NOT CALL list for a reason... and they're still getting away with it! HELP!
