Who called from 2154308931

I received a charge on my credit card statement for $23.15, upon calling the number 215-430-8931 I got a buzz then a dial tone, called my credit card company and will receive a credit.

I did not receive a call from this number. This is the number given by my credit card company for a suspicious charge on my credit card, titled "IQ" and described by the credit card company as a "DIRECT MARKETING - CATALOG" merchant. After dialing, I hear some blips, a pause, then the busy signal.

Did you find out the source of this charge? I have charges as well.

The IQ number is QVC.  It seems they bill multiple shipments with that identifier.  Seems kind of dumb not to make that QVC-IQ or just QVC.

I had the same problem today after trying to figure out the charge.    I am going to email qvc and tell them to alert people.... This was a pain.
