I have the same problem with a recurring monthly charge to my credit card
Since I dont recognize the charge I am disputing the charge but would really like to know something more if possible
WARNING! I received a call from my elderly mother stating she had a charge she did not authorize/recognize on her credit card listed a QVC purchase. It listed this # as well. As other's here have posted- when you call this number- it rings a few times, clicks, then goes to a busy signal. She was all set to call this in to the credit card company as a fradulant charge until I managed to get to the bottom of this. I got the real # for QVC by calling 411 and asking for it. Once I had the correct #, I called QVC and investigated the charge. Can you guess? Turns out that the fake charge/i didn't buy anything from QVC etc... is senility on my mother's part. The charge was from QVC for an installmaent payment on a humidifier mom purchased a few months ago. DUH! So..... if u see this # on your credit card statement- don't freak out. Call information for the real customer service # for QVC and ask the nice person to remind you what you have bought.
