ridiculous! David's Bridal and they also call from an 800 number. Harrassing people, never leave messages and call me about 5 times a day. They call right at like 8:59 at night and legally they can not call after 9pm. I agree with the above commenter that no matter how cheap thier sales are I will not buy my wedding dress from David's!!!
They call me constantly. I am glad to hear it's David's Bridal. I had requested an appointment their online weeks ago when I got no call within 48 hrs. like promised I called my local store to make an appointment myself. I doubt I will ever answer this call. They call from late at night to early morning too. The call this morning came at 7:15, and today was my day off to sleep in.
Just in case you were wondering, they will not stop calling you once they have your info. They call me 3-4 times a day at work. I told the guy I talked to that I hated their company and I bought a dress somewhere else (their dresses are cheap and terrible and the salespeople that helped me in-store were rude and stupid!) and they KEEP CALLING ME. Tell them to [***] off.
Yes, today is Tuesday and I requested an appointment last Tuesday since I wanted to go in on Saturday. No call within 48 hours as promised. This is the first they've called. I called the store direct on Saturday to request an appointment and was told that they're not necessary and to just walk in. So 2 buses, 1 train and 1 hour later, I get there only to be told that they are too busy and I have to come back another time... by what sounded like the same person that told me on the phone that no appts were necessary. They were very rude and uncaring and I can say I will not buy my dress from them.
They also took a week to call me and I missed the time when I wanted to go. Now they call me every day at weird times. Usually once while I am at work and once in the middle of the night. It's quite rude and even though I've told them so many times not to call me as I'm no longer interested, they still do. I wish I hadn't given them my number now as it's starting to get old. Almost a month of calls all hours of the day and they won't stop. Since they have high prices and terrible customer service, maybe this is how they get business - they harass you into it.
How funny I was wondering where the heck I was getting these phone calls from so I googled it.. They did not call me within those 48 hours either and now they call at weird hours as well what I don't get is WHY NOT LEAVE A DAMN MESSAGE!!! geesh I don't think I want to deal with them anymore I'll probably go elsewhere...
