ridiculous! David's Bridal and they also call from an 800 number. Harrassing people, never leave messages and call me about 5 times a day. They call right at like 8:59 at night and legally they can not call after 9pm. I agree with the above commenter that no matter how cheap thier sales are I will not buy my wedding dress from David's!!!
Yeah, it's an automated calling system that's calling from David's Bridal. It was calling me several times a day and never leaving a message! I went into the store and they said they didn't recognize the number. So I put my cell on speaker phone so that they could hear what I got when I dialed the number back. The manager called the number himself and realized that it was the online system. He said that since I first registered online, it put me in the weird automated response system. He was nice about it and said he'd take care of it. And they haven't called me since.
Sooo...If you just let them know, they should take care of it pretty quick for you.
bb, you mean to answer their call and then press 1 to leave a message asking to be taken off their call list? I also got several missed calls from this number in the last few days..
Talk about annoying phone calls! I have called them several times asking to be removed from the call list. Today I called AGAIN to let them know that I would like to be removed from the call list and the lady said it could take up to 30 days. The other ladies never told me this when I called before! Overall I was not happy with how David's Bridal. I did not like how they treated me when I went to look at dresses so I ended up buying my dresses else where.
