ridiculous! David's Bridal and they also call from an 800 number. Harrassing people, never leave messages and call me about 5 times a day. They call right at like 8:59 at night and legally they can not call after 9pm. I agree with the above commenter that no matter how cheap thier sales are I will not buy my wedding dress from David's!!!
I also specifically marked online that I did not want an appointment. But I actually walked into the store several weeks after registering online and the only way I was able to even look through dresses was to sign-up with a "consultant." I also get calls from another number which is the company that provides outfits for the men in weddings. Both numbers have called me even after i've answered previously and told them we found dresses and tuxes at a different store. Also, they call in the evening hours as late as 8pm.
I've goten 7 calls in the past 5 days!!! Again, no messages! I work during the day and they keep calling my cell phone. Obviously if I didn't answer the first time I wouldn't be able to answer the next 6 times!
i'm glad to see it's David's bridal. but annoying that they let the phone barely ring twice before hanging up. i don't even get a chance to pick up my cell to answer it.
i think that's poor management on their part. what customer wants to be aggravated on an almost daily basis by someone they MAY do business with?
