They just called me and I did the same thing and said if you are calling me you have my number and address and she was very angry and hung up.

I get these calls daily and no one says a word on the voice mail or when I answer. Pretty sure it's for the guy who had this # before me. Apparently he owed everyone money and no one believes that they have the wrong #.

Called this number back and talked to someone named John Russo. He said they were collecting on behalf of ADT. We also received a letter from them. At that time we called ADT and they said we owed nothing and that it was a scam. I told Russo this information and he said they didn't know and then tried to get my address. I told him no. He insisted. I told him he was a fraud and he quickly ended the call. Do not be taken by these people.
