Everyone look for the company and there board of directors. Then we can ALL turn this around on them. I have found out so far-----
The phone carrier is Broadwing Communications LLC in OH some fly by night.

It is a scam. I get calls from these people every now and then. Same black woman who answers the phone when I dial 1. I don't even have a credit card and they ask if I want to lower my rates. What they are trying to do is get your credit card info. I have none to give but I'm sure they are trying to steal your info.
Called my cellphone and since I didn't recogtnize the number and caller I.D. didn't display a name, I picked up and hung up. Then I set my phone's blocking app to block the call. I wish I could send it to a pre-recorded message that says "F*ck off."
This number keeps calling my cell phone number and leaves no message. I have family up North and it worries me but I can't answer because I'm at my JOB. Then they don't leave a message!!!
