Call your cell provider. Tell them to block that number. Then call your attorney General ask for a complaint form. Fill it out and send it in . This works.
This call was a recorded message from "Rachael" at "Card Member Services" It's a ploy to consolidate credit card debt. I have had the same call from over 10 different numbers.
Ever since I put up a For Sale ad on Craig's List, I get daily spam phone calls on my cell phone. Each time, they use a different phone number, so it is not possible to block them. I am going to have to change my phone number and never put my phone number anywhere on the Interent again.
