Who called from 2162780121

I've gotten 4 calls today from this number, 585-633-3923 and 619-906-8930 asking if I've submitted an application for a loan. They all sound African, with accents so thick, you can hardly understand them. The 2nd person I talked to took the time to answer questions & told me that he woud remove my info from the system. He told me he had my address, phone # and even bank information. When I asked if he could send me my application, he got excited and said it was unlawful to even give info to me. The 3rd caller hung up when I told him my info was supposed to be deleted. The last phone call said FU, MF & hung up. The first call, I never answered.

sounded like the caller identified herself as "Grace Harris". she asked if I still had outstanding high-interest payday loans and hung up when i said I have never had any. couldn't tell if she was real or robot. she responded to me like a thinking person would have, but the weird pauses and odd noises in conversation leave me wondering.

They are scammers that are rerouting their calls through that that number. I have it happen one time when I got a call a few months ago it show the real number for a couple of seconds then it show a state number. I ask where they were they said that they were in Florida. I told them that was a lie that the first number I saw was out of the country because it started with a 011. They hung up on me.

It's a number given out through an app. People can download an app that allows their phone to show this fake number when they make calls.
