Who called from 2162780121

Call several times a day all the phones I have. if you answer it clicks to a robo dailer call voice about payday loans. if you don't answer in a few seconds it hangs up, it is voice activated.

This individual keeps calling my cell.  No messages.   I tried to call the number back and it says that it is not in service.

Do Not call me ever again.  On National Do Not Call List. Will File Law Suite For harassment.

I just got a call from this number and he said we are calling to help people with payday loans.  You still have an outstanding pay day loan.  I replied No and they hung up.

(216) 278-0121 and 9 other fake numbers plus one text regarding a fake payday loan. I have had over ten calls from different numbers within an hour. I have an iPhone and use the block contact feature but five minutes later they call from another number. Anyway to stop these scanners?
