This mean awful woman has been leaving messages for fraud for a payday loan place. She even called my next door neighbor and told her there was a fraud investigation against me. My neighbor panic and called me right away. Call our local police department to complain.
The claim to be the Fraud & Worthless Check Division, the lady on the phone couldn't even give the name of the company without putting me on hold. Mainly for a Payday Loan. They are stupid, Payday loan are for one a loan with a delay representation of a post date check. Another one to report to the Attorney Generals Office.
These persons have called not only myself but my parents and also my roommate's family saying that I owe money for a check & have repeated harassed me saying that if I don't pay then I will be arrested. I have filed a complaint against them with the REAL Attorney General's Office. I believe that my ID and my information was stolen & sold to a third party group. This needs to stop. I hope nobody else has to go through this.
