Calls me about 6 times a day. I think it is First Financial Bank. I sent out my payment and I guess they haven't received it because they started calling the day after it was due! Thats a bit much. and they won't leave a message. We can't help it if we actually have jobs and can't answer the phone. Enough is enough
They called for a negative fee..it means that if you owe over say 5-9grand they want you to pay more then the minimun amount...this is granted that you make the rest of your payments on time..if you are not making your payments..then they are callin because you owe them money

check your credit report the negative fee may have an effect on it
also it is harrasment & bullying...calling 43 times in 1week(sometime after 8pm) is ridiculous..especially if you are in good standing with them and all they want is an increase in your minimum pay
They call my house muliple times a day and I do not have nor have I ever had an account with them. When you do answer the phone it says "please hold." They are even calling my daughter's cell phone. We are on the do not call list for both home and cell phones and we cannot seem to get them to stop calling. I think I am going to place their number on speed dial and call it every couple of minutes for a few days and see if they like it. Maybe if we all did that we could overload their system.
Calls from this company are non-stop. 8:15 am is ridiculous. If the person is asleep ,like most people are at that time, they ask you to wake them up!!
I forgot to pay our bill yesterday and they are already calling me today! It's already annoying enough that family matters had me distracted and I will incur a $35 late charge for 1 day, then they call me!? I have never not made a payment!!
