the person they keep calling my house for does not even live here anymore and they will not let me alone they still keep calling.. i work third shift and im about ready to get my own laywer and do something about it because they keep waking me up ....
I just recieved a call today from them. I just recently closed the card due to a 30% APR Rate which, in my opinion, is way too high. I've always paid my bill in full every month and never had any problems. Now they are harrassing me to pay the card off completely and they haven't even sent my "final statement".
1st Financial Bank credit cards are, again, in my opinion, the worst to deal with. The customer service there is not really helphul and the "fraud Prevention" department has questioned 75% of all my transactions and placed a hold on my card each time.
I feel the same way...1st Financial Bank is a horrible company to have to deal with.
I mean I know I owe money and as soon as I am in a position to pay I will...so until then I just save their numbers in my phone so I know not to pick them up and just ignore it. At first I used to try to answer and just tell them I don't have the money and that I will call when I can make a payment but they just started harassing me and trying to get me to set up a payment even though I had nothing in my account that I could pay. So annoying.
Another annoying thing is that they call several times a day and leave a message of just room noise...talking in the background, phones ringing and whatever...leave a real message.
Yes this their "Ohio" Number. This number also made it the twelfth number they have called from. I Regret Ever getting this credit card! They totally a$$ rape you on interest, after several payment plans and so on..my $2000.00 debt turned into $4000.00+ over the years. Record all times & dates they call you and report it, this company is going down soon. Do not give into them unless they offer you a cash settlement every letter I received was to agree to pay 30%. This credit company is evilly insane. Poor customer service lead me to not repay at all, which is turning out well....finally. Thankfully I'm in the process of a very low settlement with these guys, I update you guys next month. Good Luck, why did nobody tell me (when i was young) that Plastic cards can ruin your life! I'm deaf and this number call me numerous times a day; I can't/won't answer any calls but can see who is calling on my phone. I got this phone number 4 years ago and have been harrassed by various repeat callers since. Whoever had this number before dumped it for a good reason. I set my new phone up to reject all calls so it's a pleasure to see this number being rejected multiple times a day :-)
