I received a call from this number also and I called it back and it said message box for ?????? was garbled and unclear. I just HATE that these GD scams because I have relatives in Ohio so I was curious.
Just received a call from this number. I also pushed one to talk to a live person. Asked them to remove my number from their call list and they promply hung up on me. I redialed and got a foreign speaking "mailbox full" message. Quit the scam they have going.
I never answer numbers I don't know. Obviously if they don't leave a message it most likely a scam of some sort. I've put my number on a do not call list and I still get off the wall numbers. This one 2167121591 is one. another is a 312 and 303 area codes.
