9/29/14 - Received a call from this # 216 894 3535, woman with a heavy Indian accent stated she had called several times over the last few days/weeks to notify us of a technical problem with window on our computer to which I answered, oh really.. give me a good number where I can call you back, she said that she couldn't do that. I told her I seriously doubted there was any problem with windows, because we didn't have windows, she hung up!
Beware!!
I got this call a few times and went along with them for a few minutes, messing with them about the letters they are saying and frustrating the hell out of them. I play along for awhile, get them excited about me possibly falling for it, then cuss them out. Have some fun with it. What the hell! It can be quite entertaining!!!
Called at 7:00 AM saying my windows computer was sending viruses out. The indian accented man wanted access to my computer to fix it. Obviously a scam. I do not own a windows computer.
Received many calls from 216-894-3535. Finally answered this one. A man with an accent (whether it was a genuine accent or a made up one, Idk), asked about my Windows computer. Everything he said, I replied with "And". What I wanted everyone to be aware of was, he couldn't get me to talk about the computer because all I said was "And". So he started talking crude and disgusting "I want f**k you". My response was "And". so this repetition went on approximately three times. Then he hung up. I called my cell phone carrier and they have no way to help except changing my phone number or I have to pay to put a block app on the phone and enter each phone number that calls that I do not want to call me again. This week I have had 12 telemarketers and other irrelevant calls. Outside of letting it go to voice message, I have no idea what else to do. Answering does not help. This guy creeped me out.
