We are a flooring retailer in Virginia. I received a call from this number((216)-912-2002). An Indian lady with a heavy accent asked me to confirm my address. I asked what she wanted because the number was from out of the area. She said she wanted to come in to look at carpet. So I told her the address and as soon I finished, she hung up. My caller id said 'Satyam Comp Svc' '1-216-912-2002'. I looked up the number and it is for Saytam Computer Services 200 W Prospect Ave Cleveland, OH 44113. I tried calling the number back but it just keeps ringing. I have no idea if this is a scam or not but it seems shady. Please keep an eye out and if you know anything please post.
I just recieved a call from 216-912-2002. She asked if I carry pet supplies (I do) and asked for my address. She said thank you and disconnected immediatly after getting the street address only. Sounds fishy to me too. Didn't sound Indian though, maybe Asian accent- very easy to understand though. A very meek female voice.

I'm in virginia and the call I received was from Ohio. Apparently these guys are an international conglomerate with office all over the US & Canada including Ohio & Virginia. The department of the company that is calling all of us I believe to be their "North America Data Center", as it says on their website. I tried calling the Virginia office and got a voicemail for the company and they were closed. I will try back tomorrow. Feel free to contact them and see what you can find. I am also going to call their other number in Ohio.

I get over 50 calls a month from all sorts of scammers and or telemarketers. About 6 months ago I bought a 'Privacy Call Center' from 'http://www.digitone.com/' and it's incredible. You can list all your friends and love ones numbers and even a specific area code and prefix to allow, and they will ring and pass thru unobstructed. All others will be asked to enter an extension number of the party they want to speak to, and then will be disconnected. It catches every single unwanted call. I've had months of peace and quiet. Our number ends in a 0001 and it's obviously a big hit with these bottom feeders. I don't work for digitone and this is strictly an unsolicited testimonial. Good luck!
