Getting a harassing call from a jerk. They are calling a wrong number. Person that they want is unknown to this family. Very rude and nasty. Tired of the harrassing calls.
I got a call today didnt ask for anyone just said are you gonna b home tomorrow between 12-4 we have legal documents to serve you. Then asked for my address. I asked who you lookin for they said my name maden name thought that was off over 20 years since I used that name so I hung up. Well they somehow got my brothers phone number asking about me and wanted his address to. He idnt give it to them but they said they had it and will be there tomorrow. Weird.
I got a call from my ex-sister-in-law today saying that someone contacted her mother-in-law whom i dont know asking if they could serve her some papers for me. she told them she didnt know me and they hung up. when i got home the number was on my caller id listed unavailable and when i try to call back the number is not working. its an operator message saying this caller is not taking calls at this time. the crazy thing is there is no reason for anyone to serve me papers for anything. i dont have any debts with anyone nor have i ever been in any trouble. if a city marshall or a sheriff has to serve legal papers to anyone im sure they have all the info they need to make the process successful.
This supposedly company has called several times and said they had papers to deliver to someone in the family; however, when I call this number, there is no one there to answer. This is fraud and someone should be taking care of this continual problem. They told me the company name is Epstein & Roth but when you google the phone no., there is no such listing under this name.

beware, sounds like a total scam, said they were from morgan stanley about a debt, and had court papers to be served, would not say what they were about, no information was given.... when i tried to call this number back, it would not go thru... there should be a criminal penalty law that stops things like this...
