Who's going to do that? It won't be anyone on here since you can do that better than we can. This site doesn't offer call blocking, or placing individual's numbers on any no call lists.
Obviously, one of many scammers. I simply hang up on them after the first ring. Be sure to report these calls to your phone service provider and the BBB. Get them in trouble. Who isn't sick of these scammers?
