Who called from 2172804885

I told the caller (who identified herself as "Vanessa, a professional fund raiser") to remove my number from their list. It was the second call today I received from this number. My number is not the National DNC Registry. I got the same pitch: "Vanessa" called me by name, and in some silly voice told me I was "harder to get in touch with than a pickle in a pickle jar!"

2nd call within 1 hr. Unlisted number and on Do No Call List. Stop!!!!!

ROBO call, no one answers when you pick up.  Twice within one hour.  We are on the do not call list!

Multiple complaints---when do the proper authorities take action. What does DO NO CALL mean?

Caller ID said "Childrens cancer".
Date was Sept. 30, 2016.
It came in at mid-morning.  I did not pick up.
