The best way to mess with these people is tell them you'll donate so have them send you a bill then send it back with no money and write on the bill to take you off their list. They get no money and it cost them postage.
Gentleman called saying he was calling for the Police Protection Fund and he wanted to send out a sticker to our house to help their cause. Tried to tell him why we were unableto contribute and he screamed "DAMMIT YOU DIDN'T CONTRIBUTE LAST YEAR" and then he slamed the phone down/ Who are these people??
Called tonight at 8:33pm. Showed up on the caller id as Police Protection Fund. Did not answer and they did not leave a message. Get calls from this # a few times a year.
