Got the call Sunday at 7:28pm. A male voice on the other end very robotically sa D they were collecting for a police fund. When I asked if this is a live person or a recording I was informed by the live person that he could only give scripted responses. He then offered a toll free number (I didn't actually write it down, but it started with 844). I left the call telling him that I was suspicious of anyone calling on Sunday evening, since telemarketing calls are illegal on Sundays in my state.
