Who called from 2179998686

I have gotten 3 calls in the past 2 days- did not answer and no message.  I have heard that part of a scam is that they want you to call back to incur charges on your phone bill (much like a 1-900 number).  Next call and I plan to answer with "I am reporting this number to my local authoraties as a fraudulent number".

This number called during school hours, hung up, left blank message.

I missed the call twice today but I didn't call back.  Thanks God...

Missed the call today. Called back and heard a message saying the number is not in service.
