Who called from 2182354871

Don't pick up on call numbers you do not reconize.  All zeros are suspect.  Call blocker might work, I don't know.  WOrth a try.

received a call from this number last night claiming to be from windows and that I had an error they were Asian speaking was hard to understand them I told him I didn't have any problems with my windows and hung up when I tried to call the number back there was no answer or voice message available

This company keeps calling me. I have told them over and over to STOP but they don't listen. I am getting very frustrated!

Us too!  The guy is an idiot.  The same guy keeps calling and gets progressively ruder.  Any suggestions?

Called me at 9:45 PM!  Mumbles something in a heavy accent and promptly hung up.  Outrageous time to call and solicit.
