The caller I.D. came up as 218-297-0346 between 5:30 and 6pm. I couldn't get to the TTY to answer in time so it went to the answering machine, which has the message that I cannot speak and cannot return the call. No message was left. They tried again the next day. I figure if it's important they will leave a message. But if they are soliciting, they're probably bothering a lot of other people. So why not report it and see if we can get rid of these pests.
Have been called by someone from this number once during the evening a few times a week. We never answer the call as it is listed as an Unknown on Caller ID. No messages left. Phone rings only 3 times and then caller hangs up.
