I am not pay as you go or any of the companies...it immediately started speaking spanish the second I said hello

Missed a called from this number on 3/30/10 at 12:23 PM Eastern.  No message.  I'm with AT&T.

I got a call from this # earlier tonight.  Unless someone leaves a message when I don't recognize the number and I don't pick up that particular call, I don't care.  My friends WOULD leave a message.  I am a bit intriuged, but I figure, it is either a sales call, or a strange area code expensive (if I answer it) phone call.  WORD TO THE WISE:  IF IT'S IMPORTANT ENOUGH, THEY WILL LEAVE A MESSAGE, OTHERWISE, IT'S BEST TO IGNORE A STRANGE AREA CODE, OR "UNKNOWN CALLER" CALL...

Actually caught this as it rang. Thought it might be someone I knew from Minnesota; prerecorded message in Spanish. Uh, ok...
