Who called from 2188339889

Just got a call from this number...Didn't answer and no message left. May have been calling my Google Voice number which forward to my cell. I'm from CA on T-Mobile network.

Received call @ 1:15:36pm 03-30-10, 20s duration. Recording in Spanish, only word I caught was 'pagar' which is 'to pay' if my feeble memories of 10th grade Spanish are correct.

Call was received on work/desk phone.

why can*t sprint block these telemarketing numbers?

Got a call on my Google Voice number. Talk about harvesting phone numbers.
