Calls but only rings 3 times haven't caught it yet and they have been calling every other day if you call back it says the number is not in service but I think that is a fake recording because it only lists the last 7 of the number and real people I call who have had their phone disconnected it reads all 10 digits.
Got this call on 4/17/2012 at 5:19 pm EST. It was so weird, when I said hello, I heard applause (?) And then some woman speaking in spanish. I just hung up.
Just got a call from this number. Two rings and then no message. I was also getting calls like this a few weeks ago from another number. I tried to call back once and it was a recording saying the number is not in service. How did they call me 30 seconds before if it isn't in service? Is there some sort of telemarketing voodoo scam going on? WTF. Not impressed.
Call came in to my cell phone, rang twice and hung up. No one has my cell phone number and my number is listed on the national "do not call" list, yet this is still happening. I'm guessing that whoever this is has a sophisticated auto-dialer that calls numbers at random via hyperspeed and if you answer your phone the call is transferred to a real person to sell you a scam. I'm surprised the FCC is allowing this kind of thing to continue, but then maybe not. It's basically the voice version of internet spamming, which takes up bandwidth and slows the system down.
I got a call from this number at 5:43pm today (April 16) and I didn't answer it. I live in Nebraska but I have a Texas area code (210) for my cell # because I used to live there. I tried calling back a few minutes ago but it would hang up before it would even ring... This is just kinda weird it's happening to other people... And I don't know ANYONE from Minnesota. Does ANYONE know who this is?!
