If this company keeps calling you after a bankruptcy, you should be able to contact the firm that handled your bankruptcy to file a lawsuit against the company. Once a bankruptcy is finalized, it becomes illegal for any company under that bankruptcy to contact you about any debt.
That is only true IF the debt was discharged in the bankruptcy. If the filer neglected to report that debt to the courts, it could still be valid unless of course, the state they're in has a statute of limitations for debts - usually 7 - 10 years.
Easy tell them everytime they call you will answer after that it will be followed by a loud horn going of in the phone believe me after a few people complain with head sets on they won't call ya anymore. Sometimes I call them back to ask them who i should take when I bet on the nfl games in a weekend. They love it!!!
Just got a call from these people at work. I didn't answer and they left no message. I'm glad I checked here though. I <3 the idea of asking them for betting tips.
I receive constant calls from this phone number (224-788-2006). They do not leave a message. An internet search produced results that say this number is assigned to Paetc Communications, Inc. located in Antioch, IL. Further data states: "PAETEC and its subsidiaries have been serving governmental entities, such as the Department of Defense and Defense Information Systems Agency, FAA, Department of Treasury, Department of Veterans Affairs, U.S. Army, Air Force and Navy, U.S. Courts, and the Department of Homeland Security. In 2010, the company announced the activation of the 500th high capacity circuit delivered to the United States Department of Defense (DoD)."
