While businesses can't put themselves on the "Do Not Call" list I do believe that if you ask a company not to solicit you anymore they have to respect that, business or no.
Listen, the best way to get them to stop calling and I will warn you, they will call back using a different name and number on caller id, though it will be a while. Tell them you are the owner and to stop calling. Otherwise, they will keep calling.
