Just received a phone call from this number and they left a message on my answering machine. The message was a female voice stating "This is Michelle 'Man?' (couldn't quite make out the last name as it sounded garble) with Pretrial Negotiation regarding a case pending have you or your attorney return my phone call...if you do not govern yourself accordingly" To the best of both my husband and my knowledge we have to cases going. Of course I tried to call the number back and was told the number was no longer valid.
I got a call from thus number stating that they were a litigation law support group with online payday loan company llc and I had a loan with them back in 2011 and if I didn't pay them 900.00 by a certain day I would be locked up for bank fraud and check fraud. I don't recall any loan with this company and really think it's a scam. The message that a Michelle left on my voice mail was for either my attorney or myself needed to call back or the paperwork would be sent to the courthouse to be arrested. I don't think that it's right that these people harass hard working honest people and something needs to be done with them.
