I got the same email from someone named Kevin R Cavan for 2915n Prospect in Milwaukee, WI stating he was n Africa as well an he will ship the keys an rental lease, but he could hardly speak English. The home is VERY Beautiful an I was almost sold on it but by the grace of GOD I know how to do my research 1st. Don't ever send Anybody any $ if u can't meet them n person. F***ing scammers.
