I would like you to know that we are in need of tenant that would be capable of paying the Rent of $700 and a security deposit of $600, to make a total of $1300 for move in, is that okay now? Since you are moving into the house Soonest, i would suggest you send the Security Deposit ($600) asap so i can send you the keys and documents of the house immediately, so that once you have the keys with you, you can have possession to the house and you can go straight to view the interiors and surroundings of the house at the same time, and once you are set to move into the house, you can therefore send the first month rent ($700) i hope you understand me better?

In case you see any sign board, they are the Realtor in charge of my house before I decided to take over by my self. I am no more working with them and don't bother to contact them because formerly i wanted to sell the house before me and my Lovely Family now decided to rent it out instead of selling it out.

I responded to an ad on craigslist about an apartment for rent. today he called me saying we got the apartment. he wanted me to send him a $600 security deposit and he would send me the keys. i thought it sounded funny and im glad i did not do it!! i have gotten the same emails alot of people on here have gotten!! he said his name was John Dike
