Its very Nice to Read from you, I'm Elizabeth Rohr.The Apartment will be available for as long as you are willing to rent,so we are looking for a responsible person that can take Very Good care of the apartment..My husband in respect who owned the apartment and I also want you to know that it was due to my husband Missionary Transfer that made us to leave the apartment,so we want you to take very good care of it as we are not after the money for the rent but want it to be clean at the time and the person that will rent it to take it as if it were its own.So for now I am now at LONDON UK,and more also i am with the keys and documents of the apartment,We try to look for an agent or friends that we can give this Keys and document before we left but could not see and we are as well as don't want our apartment to be used any how in our Absent that is why i brought the keys along with me here.As you know that,my husband over in Western Region of Africa for his Job is also wanting a good tenant,so i hope you will promise us to take very good care of the apartment.

As soon as you pay the deposit payment (First month rent and if you are able to come up with the first 2 months rent you will be getting 1 month free to move in) , the apartment keys/documents will be delivered to you via DHL courier service on a next day delivery and it will be delivered to the address you provided in your application form.Let me read back from you as soon as possible so that I can arrange for the delivery of the keys/Documents.
Once again we're giving you this apartment on trust and don't disappoint us because I don't want our Apartment to be destroyed again, if you wish to move in with your own property,we still have one extra room empty so you can easily put my our things you don't need in there.

Thank you for your reply to my ad in the inquiry of my Apartment for rent. The Apartment is available and in great condition. The Unit is located on 3003 Van Ness Street NW, Washington, DC 20008 and the offer is $600 monthly. It is a spacious One Bedroom Apartment with One Full Bathroom(with tub). The Living room is Furnished but you could remove them if you are moving-in with your furniture. The kitchen is also fully Packed and there is a store in the unit where unused furniture can be kept. It is up for rent because for the next one year or so, My wife and I are relocating to West Africa to take up a new post.
About myself: I am in my mid ages and i chose that location because of the serene environment and it is close to Amenities. Pets Considered with a $20 deposit. I am a kind and honest man and i want you to know that the money is not the problem, I just want someone who will take care of my home through the period of the Lease which is between 6months and One Year with option of extension. The utilities included in the rent are the use of: Hydro(Hot & Cold), Air Conditioning/Heater, Dishwasher , Fridge , Stove , Assigned /Secured parking , microwave , Washer , Dryer , Cable /Satellite , Internet connectivity. The utilities listed are part of your monthly rental, so once your rent is paid, you have access to the utilities...
We are in possession of the keys and documentations to the apartment, My Husband's transfer took him and me to West Africa for a Very important Opening and post resumption as a Preacher, so I hope you will promise us to take very good care of the apartment. So get back to me on what you think you could do to care for my Apartment or perhaps experience you have in renting a home.
